Tom is the visionary that brought Water at Work Ministry to life. He is a civil engineer by training and also a serial entrepreneur, inventor, and philanthropist. He is CEO of Greenlight, LLC and is the author of Thirsty for Christ and Through Sacrifice: Freedom.

Jim Cusick

Board President

Jim is the VP of Platform & Technology at SAP America. He is responsible for database and analytics software license sales. He is extremely dedicated to Water at Work Ministry and currently serves as our Board President.

Tim Fenbert

Chief Financial Officer

Tim has been serving as Water at Work Ministry's Chief Financial Officer since the beginning. He is Vice President of Innercomm Group and provides strategic planning, performance management, and leadership development to local governments and businesses throughout Georgia. He also provides great spiritual guidance for our group.

Julie Philpott

Board Member

Julie serves as our event coordinator and has served in various leadership roles as a volunteer over the past 23 years through her church, including as an elder. She is gifted in administration and has a strong desire to help others.

Melissa Preston

Board Member

Melissa is an entrepreneur and award winning CPA with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She owns her own accounting and tax firm in Atlanta and loves serving small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Lesley Heath

Board Member

Lesley has a background in non-profit development and management in the Atlanta area. She now serves locally at Perimeter Church, her children’s school and the area cooperative ministry. While new to Water at Work Ministry, she has always had a heart for international development and ministry.

Kevin McAdams

Board Member

Kevin brings 30 years of experience as a CFO, CPA, and has a proven track record of improving financial performance and building world-class finance and accounting organizations. He currently is the CFO at Aptean.

Matthew Bullard

Board Member

Matthew has been serving as the Director of Christian Education and Missions at Parkway Presbyterian Church since 2010. He holds a BA in Biblical Studies from King College and brings an energetic level of creativity to the board.

James Burzotta

Board Member

James has a passionate heart to serve. He held a variety of volunteer positions at North Point Community Church in Atlanta while working full time in the IT industry for almost 40 years before he retired.
