Kip A Scheidler
Executive Director
Kip has over 30 years of experience in international project management. His work has taken him around the world a few times. Interestingly, Kip began his career working in the Dominican Republic, in the part of the country where Water at Work Ministry began, although he was there a decade or so earlier than us. Kip lives in Atlanta with his dog, Red, and is active in his church.
Jennifer Yin
Donor Relations Director
Jennifer is a former public school teacher who connected with Water at Work Ministry after a lemonade stand fundraiser. She now finds joy in fundraising on a larger scale and connecting with donors one on one. She is also responsible for our events and seeking financial partnerships through foundations, companies, and churches. Jennifer lives in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, with her husband and two sons.
Jenniffer Sanchez
Finance Director
With over 15 years of experience in financial services and the public sector, she brings expertise in banking, private investments, social services and a love for the Dominican Republic as a Dominican herself. She is passionate about process re-engineering, operational efficiency, and driving transformation that advances the mission and impact of the organizations and communities she serves. Jenniffer lives in Atlanta with her husband and son.
