Kip A Scheidler
Executive Director
Kip has over 30 years of experience in international project management. His work has taken him around the world a few times. Interestingly, Kip began his career working in the Dominican Republic, in the part of the country where Water at Work Ministry began, although he was there a decade or so earlier than us. Kip lives in Atlanta with his dog, Red, and is active in his church.
John Armstrong, Jr MBA
Philanthropy & Communications Director
John has more than thirty years of experience in non-profit, mission-driven fundraising, with a special focus on raising funds for under-resources communities with organizations like the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, YMCA of the USA, and the American Diabetes Association among others. John played football at Morehouse College where he learned to be a team player and leader, and he is the proud father of two brilliant, successful, professional women.
Jenniffer Sánchez
Finance Director
With over 15 years of experience in financial services and the public sector, she brings expertise in banking, private investments, social services and a love for the Dominican Republic as a Dominican herself. She is passionate about process re-engineering, operational efficiency, and driving transformation that advances the mission and impact of the organizations and communities she serves. Jenniffer lives in Atlanta with her husband and son.
