Greg leads our growing team with over 25 years of nonprofit executive experience. He has worked in more than 35 countries, focusing on leadership development, strategic planning, and fundraising. Greg has a deep passion for equipping organizations to maximize their impact for lasting change.

Jennifer Yin

Director of Donor Relations

Jennifer is a former public school teacher who connected with Water at Work Ministry after a lemonade stand fundraiser. She now finds joy in fundraising on a larger scale and connecting with donors one on one. She is also responsible for seeking financial partnerships through foundations, companies, and churches. Jennifer lives in Peachtree Corners, GA with her husband Ben and two young sons.

Kip Scheidler

Managing Director

Kip supports daily operations with decades of global experience in strategy, volunteer management, and humanitarian response. Before joining our team, he worked with Habitat for Humanity and led large-scale projects across diverse communities. Kip brings a steady, hands-on approach and a heart for mission-driven work.

Audrie Trevino

Director of Communications

Audrie desires to use creativity and storytelling to build the Kingdom of God and partner with churches to love God's people well. She communicates the heart of our mission via our website, newsletters, social media, and more. Audrie has a heart for Latin America and lives in Miami, FL.

Dan Blevins

Director of Impact Assessment

Over the past twenty years, Dan has been working to bring sustainability to international mission projects.  He has worked on handmade paper in the Philippines, agriculture and clean water in Kenya, and, since 2012, has sought to achieve sustainable operation of our water plants in the Dominican Republic.  He retired from Dow Chemical in 2004.
